REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We aim to process all returns/exchanges within 7 days of us receiving the goods back to our warehouse, however in some busy periods this may take longer. If we have gone over 7 days then please email us at: hello@theivylily.com
We offer refunds or exchanges for any items you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in perfect unused, unwashed and sellable condition within 30 days of the date on your receipt.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the original labels/tags still attached.
Once items are returned to us, you will be entitled to receive a refund. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you are refunding an item that was purchased with free shipping, we will refund the amount minus the cost to ship it to you.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days, after we have received the goods.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders that have been made to measure or customised in any way. Please ensure you order correctly. If in doubt, drop us an email before ordering.
Due to hygienic purposes we do not refund or exchange any earrings.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless it is faulty.
Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Ivy & Lily, so we recommend you return items using a tracked service.
Please be very careful when trying products on as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund if the product is returned with any smell, marks, stains, rips or hairs on.
If you do not comply with the above please then do not send your items back to us, please email hello@theivylily.com and we will do our best to assist you.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience it may cause. Please inform us within 14 days from receipt of the item and we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
